To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Repacking Your Item: Please carefully place your item in the original box to avoid damage during shipping. Please include a copy of your RA number inside the package.
Shipping Items: Please send your return package to the address provided in the return authorization email. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the information is incorrect.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is eligible for return. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your payment provider. - Damaged or defective goods If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
